We had a sensitive document we needed to send and the attendant helping us provided us with the option of shipping it to their store in the city we were shipping it to. This not only saved us money but gave us peace of mind it wouldn’t be left on a step. The location was also very close to the person we shipped it to. We’re so appreciative of her help!

I went to this business this morning, and the one dark skinned employee was very busy on the phone. I realized it was best to take my business elsewhere. I only mentioned race due to a previous review. I am light skin, so it would be safe to assume their customer service just sucks period.

Employee tried to charge 30$ to move a text line down on a document. Out of control will never go back. Absolutely terrible costumer service. Dude with the crappy dreads.

Quick friendly service. This store is amazing. These guys are on point. I dropped of my Google Fiber gear, he helped me find the email with a shipping QR code, handed me a receipt and was out the door in a few minutes.

There’s a good reason this place has low ratings. So far, after one visit, I was charged a 100$ pre-authorization fee for doing some document editing, the computers kept locking up, could not process the simple document… and I will be out 100$ until they figure out how to return my money. Why I ever came to this place……

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. They close at 7pm. This cost me $170 in missed deadline fees. I can't beleive Google says the hours were updated just a few days ago. And it has always shown open 24 hours until I drove up today. I'm so disappointed.

Gave me number to FedEx to file claim. I Called them and they told me claim had to be filed by the co. that originally shipped the merchandise aka the co. that gave me the FedEx tracking number and phone number.

I am so disappointed. I went into this FedEx to print some documents from my phone. The only gentleman at the counter was with someone. He was bald and white. I was the only black person in the store. We made eye contact and I was giving body language saying I needed help and definitely had a confused look on my face. I patiently waited for him to finish pleasantly assisting the white lady he was helping. He then went to the back. He came back and stood at the counter like I never requested help. By this time the machine timed out and another customer came in who he quickly assisted. I left without completely my business. This was my second trip to this store today and I have osteoarthritis in my knees and hips. This was hard for me to stand there at all. This is why some black people always wonder. Even if race had nothing to do with it and he didn't want to help me at self service. He's wrong and it's disturbing in 2024. The card with instructions says ask us for help.
