This store needs needs some serious help..especially the meat dept. The person in charge is excellent. but the employees need to take their food handling a little more serious..If you are handling different types of meat..YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR GLOVES..its called cross contamination..yesterday I was in and someone started to grab bratwurst with their BARE hands..until someone said something..ridiculous!

Applies to rude guy in liquor store this lunchtime. Grabbed wrong bottle, asked if I could return/exchange - NO against state law - treated like I stole it rather than customer who had spent $120 at store earlier. Not the Hyvee way.

I only went for the Mega Meat Sale. When I asked one of the butchers to cut my pork loin into pork chops, he acted like it was a problem. He huffed and puffed and I sarcastically apologized that he had to do his job, and it was clearly MY FAULT. Caleb ended up helping me, with a smile & genuinely apologized for his coworkers attitude.I also went to the restaurant and experienced MORE poor customer service. The lady at the counter wouldn't listen when I asked for a tenderloin sandwich and fries. She argued with me that it was only on sale on Tuesday. I wasn't trying to get the sale price, never mentioned displeasure in the price, just wanted those two items at regular price. Finally, the young man rang it up for me.
