They are an option for people that need furniture or appliances, but don't have the savings or credit to purchase them outright. They do 90-days same as cash, but you have to be certain that you pay on time... once you go past the 90 days, the interest rates really start to pile on!!!

So I placed an order for couch they told me it would get delivered supposed to be 1 week later then was 2 then its was getting cleaned at the same day as delivery they found a rip would not refund me the 2 payments I have made and never received anything from they this company is horrible and thier customer service is not there I have made calls constantly they say we will contact you back in about 1 hour they never do and every one you talk to has something completely different than the last to say and they are all management aperently and now I'm told that I will have to wait an extra 4 weeks on top of the 3 weeks it's been to see what they can do to refund my money but they refuse to give back my money when they never deliver anything to me 1000 % worst experience with any company I hope that all future customers read this and see how much of a scam operations is going on here since they refuse to return you own money to you but will gladly take it DO NOT GET ANYTHING HERE also everything is 2000 dollars to pay off ps5 or a radio 2,000 ridiculousUpdate it has been over a month now and no money has been returned or product never received ridiculous

Don’t EVER EVER!! GO TO THE GLADSTONE LOCATION! THE OVERWEIGHT FRONT DESK LADY IS Unbelievably rude and doesn’t know the slightest bit about customer service! She will treat you like you’re trash and beneath her and you’re just some broke guy who won’t get approved. Had me leaving in TEARS! She ruined my whole entire week.

Do not go here, worst customer service experience of my life. Was told with a lot of attitude to next time not place an order online. I got double charged and had to fight to get a refund that I still haven't received. They claim they don't have enough cash for a refund on top of many other excuses. On top of that after I canceled the order they proceeded to charge me again days later and made my account go negative. Don't usually write reviews but had no choice with this one.

Any customer at this location has had to had left scratching their head wondering how Jessica became a manager. She obviously has it good with somebody above her in the company because she doesn't care about Rent a Center, professionalism, management, or even basic customer service. All my accounts are on time, but I upset her so she is now going into my online account and removing things from my agreements. She removed an Asus laptop today that I had reserved on clearence. I asked when the reservation would be refunded so she just went in and canceled it. I swear to God!! Then did her famous little blame it on me cause she's the victim routine. I also have an additional tablet that I gifted to someone for xmas. I've already been paying 4 months on it. She demanded I return the tablet which is currently paid up because she doesn't like my attitude. She keeps saying she "wants" me to return it. This is crazy!! I took some time off next week. I don't know where to start. Call an attorney, the BBB, a consumer protection agency, or what? Like I said I took some time off next week to figure it out. Today was absolutely nuts and Jessica has waaayyy too much of a power trip. They don't even seem to care either. I have it all in text and proof that I am currently paid on time.

They are peeps that look through your window when you barely late on your payment and never respectful I will never ever use this place again that and how on the hell do they keep raising my payments and I’m so tired of the disrespect they give some people have to work and the obviously don’t realize pounding on doors to an empty house for 20 mins ant going to help either….. worst place ever save your time and hard earned money on there crap……..

I have requested someone come out to look at the battery on this bike over two weeks ago and no one has showed up to look at it. I have been with out this bike in proper working order. It will only travel about 2 miles before it starts to bog out and not seem to work properly. I have been very patient. But this is kind of frustrating. I am paying for something (on time, everytime ) and I feel that the to meet my end of the contract. But I don't feel that is matched on the other end.

The heavy weight lady there with glasses is rude as hell. She will give you appliances that don't work or have roaches. The district manager is over weight and racist. She only cares about making a sale nothing more. Do not do business here.
