I made a order and my food was cold. So I went back through the line and asked if I can have a hot burrito. The manager claimed she couldn't see the temperature of my food and refused any of my service. After that they ignored me until I drove away. I was completely respectful and the manager still acted like there was nothing wrong. As she closed the drive through window on me and told her coworkers to ignore me. This is not ok, and very disrespectful.

Very disappointed with the service of this particular store. I come here every once in a while, when I’m having a late night nachos craving. But, they always manage to forget my nachos bell grande. Not really sure why it’s that specific item that’s always forgotten but it’s quite annoying paying for an item you don’t receive. Also generally dissatisfied with the service of this restaurant. Seems like they’re more trying to get you out of their way rather than being friendly or offering hospitality. I’ve submitted complaints on the app about this but clearly the message isn’t coming across. I have no desire to return, maybe if I’m desperate. If you go here don’t expect to receive everything you order.

This place is way understaffed. The person on drive thru was wearing gloves, and going back and forth from customers at the window to making food. Absolutely disgusting. Gloves are SINGLE USE. Holy cow. Barf.

Looking at the reviews for these Taco Bells this is the fault of the gm because the food is good. The customer service is horrible the representation is horrible these people want to take your money and give horrible customer service. In these days and times my money is to precious to just throw away this is why these places don't last. Please hire quality people for these positions ? starting with the gm then the store manager just horrible. Brittany says she's the manager smh. I will say when served correctly the food is very good.

I ordered taco bell and they got my order wrong. I went back to Taco Bell. As I was walking in the manager was getting yelled at because of belligerent customer. She was so disgruntled because her food was wrong. When it was my turn I apologized to the woman for the behavior of the previous customer. I explained what happened and she made me new food and gave me a strawberry creme freeze! She was amazing. I had to shout out how wonderful this Taco Bell was. They made a mistake but definitely rectified the situation. The woman who helped me was named Ashley! Give this woman a raise. She deserves it from getting screamed at by a grown woman! I will continue to keep going back to this particular Taco Bell!

Paid 60$ for my boyfriend and my meal. missing 75% of our food and what we did get was still incorrect!! will be coming up tomorrow and talking to management about night staff and their inability to read simple instructions. my first job was at a kfc/tacobell and it’s not a hard job to not mess up. a child could do it. incredibly disappointing
