“I drove across country with a half baked plan. Larry was extremely helpful and patient over the phone, making sure I was aware of problems people can run into. I showed up with 5 mins to spare and then Darla helped me back up the truck into a safe spot to leave until I came back the next day to unload into a storage unit. I couldn’t be happier with my experience after a long drive! Thank you Larry and Darla!!”
“Everything was great except they charged me for a dolly use when its right in the way of loading and unloading. They should only rent the trucks with the dollies to the people who request them. My budget is already tight with the move etc, so didnt plan on the extra 48.00 that was taken from my card. Above all everything else was great.”

“This should have been a horrible review. My reserved truck was not ready and they couldn't find one for me. But DJ and the staff Stayed late and kept calling it eventually. Found me a truck down in Independence. DJ even drove me himself down here to pick it up and stayed until it was ready. Again, this should have been a horrible negative review. But good people and good customer service is rare to find these days. No it wasn't perfect and I wouldn't recommend you and try this again as it's insanely stressful. But I still appreciate what DJ and the staff did to rectify the situation.”
“I have been moving for the last couple of weeks and every time I come to this location is typically slow paced service and a long wait. That said, today was an exception to prior experiences. Nicholas T was quick to assist, provided a smooth streamlined experience and struck the right balance of detail from booking, to hooking up the trailer, to assistance with the return of the U-Haul trailer.
My hope is that the manager of this location, along with the regional manager of UHaul, recognize how valuable this experience was and how fortunate UHaul is to have Nicholas T on the UHaul team. At the end of the day, the customer experience is what builds (and maintains) a company’s brand.
