Everyone was a very kind and helpful and they did not rush us. I highly recommend using this veterinarian service. I mean we could not have gotten better service at a very difficult time.”
“Our Labrador needed surgery after swallowing a plastic tube which was obstructing her stomach. Dr. Williams diagnosed and operated on our dog with compassion and care. She first tried to remove the obstruction without surgery but determined that it was necessary. Excellent follow-up and thorough information for her after-surgery recovery.”

“If I could give 1 million stars I would. I am so happy I found Picture Hills Animal Hospital! My senior cat has usually done well at the vet, but after several bad experiences elsewhere, he had become fearful and lost a lot of that trust. Finding a place where he could feel safe and get the care he needs has been really important to me.
At his very first visit, the team took such good care of him and made him feel extremely comfortable. By the time they needed to take him back for blood work, he wasn’t hiding or crouching in fear. He also let the technician give him a treat and he is usually weary of strangers, so this was a huge step for his trust.
Seeing him feel that at ease again meant so much to me, especially after what he’s been through.
It’s been hard finding the right vet, and I’m so grateful to have found a team that understands cats and knows how to earn their trust.
With a senior cat, knowing he’s in caring hands makes all the difference. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for both of us! ❤

“I don't leave a lot of reviews online but I have been going to Animal Clinic of Newmark for well over 8 years now, if not more. Dr. Cupp and his team have been the most helpful and kindest team of people a stressed pet parent could ever ask for. I have a household full of fur babies, three of them are getting up there in age, and have had big medical things very recently. I have never felt more confident in a group of people handling my babies. I trust each and every one of them and their genuine care and love for the animals they see daily! They explain things, they help where they can, they don't rush you or rush away if you have questions and they treat you like family. I am beyond grateful for the years I have spent going to this clinic... My animals can't say it but I know they are too!”

“I have been meaning to write a review for Ark Animal Hospital for years, I have been coming to them for quite a few years now with all of my pets. We specifically use the Kansas City office and Dr.Morrow is absolutely amazing. He is kind, informative, and you immediately can tell how much he loves animals/his job. My dogs get a bit nervous around new people and especially men and he is always very kind and gives them space when they need space! All providers we have seen are very knowledgeable and helpful. The app that they use is also very helpful with my pets vet records and upcoming appointments! Definitely recommend Ark Animal Hospital”

“I am from the Animal Clinic of Antioch Annex and the post that Vicki Davis left is not the whole story. Ms. Davis called on a Friday at about 11:00 am and said that she needed to be seen that her cat was not walking and was in a lot of pain. So we told her we could see her at 12:00pm (which we were completely booked) Dr Kolich saw the cat and determined that the kitty was in shock. We told her that we would need to keep the kitty and get her stabilized before we could x-ray her to determine the next course of action. She agreed to the treatment. So we placed a IV and gave her intervenes antibiotics ( which could not been given by a tablet bought off of chewy) along with pain medication. We called Ms. Davis and advised her that we were not able to x- ray her kitty because she was in shock and it would stress her out enough that she could pass away. We contacted Ms. Davis everyday to keep her updated on the condition of her cat. Dr Kolich came in everyday over the Memorial Day weekend to treat the kitty and check on her calling Ms Davis everyday to keep her up dated on her condition. By Tuesday the cat was stable enough to be x- rayed. She could have signed a AMA ( taking the patient out of the clinic without medical advice). If she would of taken her to a emergency vet it would of been thousands of dollars.”

“We recently brought our beloved senior German shepherd in for a quality of life check and even though our dog was not currently a patient we were seen the same day we called. We were afraid she was suffering and we did not want to travel to our out of town vet. I cannot express enough how grateful we were for the staff that day who went above and beyond not only for our dog but also for us. The doctor was patient as we explained why we were there, listened intently, gently examined our dog and delicately gave us his educated and experienced opinion. We made the hard decision to let her go and the act was done so lovingly and peacefully. We expected a traumatic experience and we left tearfully, yes, but also so impressed with the compassion us and our dog received. We were sent home with nose and paw prints they made for us which are priceless but just as meaningful was the comfort we received that day at Platte Woods Animal Hospital. We highly recommend and we are planning to transition our other pets there.”
