Typical USPS. Put customer decided to hold shipping at post office when I’ve never been spoke to. You can always count on snail mail to make up excuses

Absolutely terrible service. They won’t deliver my mail and they won’t answer the phone. It’s virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone at the post office. They need a new postmaster.
