I had a online order they had lost my order and there was 5 people waiting in line that had pizza wrong o ordered a meat lovers and there was n meat on it just chees when I called back the lady told me I was wrong said she was a manger

I specifically asked chips to be placed on the side for my taco pizza. Pickup order and it had chips. No big deal. The young gal remaking my pizza acted like she wanted to fight me. She also used cussed words

Ordered two pizza waited 45 mins like my order said online but when I came to pick it up found out there didn’t even start it at all. Front counter lady didn’t know where the pizza maker was. If I could give it a zero star I would. Si no more Casey’s for us. Should have just went to Domino’s?
Oh and they try to get me to wait 20 to 30 minutes more for my pizza smh what a joke

Ordered a couple pizzas on line and it took an hr to get them. Cook took 3 smoke breaks in said hour. Manager took 2 vape breaks in that hour.

Ordered pizza on app and when I showed up to pick up pizza I was told that the cook burnt herself and went to hospital. They decided to not make the pizza or even bother to call me and let me know they were cancelingmy order. They offered nothing in return for the future. Lousy service!!

Like most all Casey's , it's clean, the staff is nice , friendly, helpful with the selection of items that come in handy for your travels or the outing that you forgot to get before you left.If it's the first time you visit you realize that your town use to have the same little Casey's before they demolished it & Up-sized it to stay in the game.It's a great reminder of how Casey's began planting their footprint with stores that were identical so no matter where you was , you knew right where to go.
