They are flexible, helpful, and friendly, exceeding expectations and pulling off last-minute requests for deliveries and arrangements. They are courteous, take the time to listen to ideas, and work out solutions for design and budget. A real person answers the phone, providing fantastic service and even making personal deliveries. They make special days even more memorable and are highly recommended as a go-to for gifts.
