“They were slow to send out my order, they didn’t communicate with me about when it was supposed to be sent out, and they had to be repeatedly told that I was wondering about my order. That being said, they were very polite and apologetic about my delayed order, after I was able to get ahold of a real person, not an answering machine, I was informed about my order, and to show they were truly sorry for the delay in my order, they gave me a gift card for my next purchase. They have the best deals I can find for reloading supplies, and they are really good about letting you know of any deals.”

“Been coming in for years, didn't realize they had a layaway option, which really helps these days. I'll be buying instead of just looking and dreaming a lot more often now that I know that!”
