The guys (Eric and another guy I cannot remember his name) were on time, wrapped furniture nicely, were quick, efficient and professional. They definitely hustled the whole time and were able to move and deliver all my items in great shape.

Moving Pros is my go-to moving company! They were EARLY, efficient and also very professional. Cole (the owner) was super helpful in this last minute set up of me moving and was super communicative!

I would never hire Cole again. The reason is simple: he didn’t move us. We were supposed to move Sunday January 19th, but now we’re doing it ourselves. All he did was give excuses.
His employee, Devonte, called me at 12:06 PM, telling us he would be here in about 45 minutes. This was after already rescheduling from 10:00 AM due to his trucks having issues caused by the low temperatures. Then, while we were waiting, Devonte called me again at 1:34 PM to say he wouldn’t be coming because one of the three helpers we hired had hurt his ankle, and they weren’t coming at all. Devonte was extremely rude and disrespectful during the call.
I tried calling Cole, left a voicemail, but he never called me back. Instead, he just texted me more excuses. The ironic part? We had furniture deliveries today, and I saw plenty of trucks out and about.
Frustrated, I went to U-Haul in Tiffany Springs and rented a truck for less than $50. When I told them what happened, they recommended Dexter from Bunches of Olives. He is who helped us last minute, for a very reasonable last-minute price. He has his own truck but gave us an even better deal since we rented a U-Haul.
Dexter is the person you want helping you move.

Highly recommend this company! Very professional and great guys! The owner Cole is a great guy I've known him 13 years! I literally called last min to move and he got me in the next day! Best prices in town for sure.

I have used Moving Pros twice and both times they have been great. Highly recommended. They completed my move today in great time, and were very prompt. I got a call about 45 mins before they were to arrive, and they were right on time. Thanks for the great service Moving Pros!

Worst .oving company ever employees smokes in our house ND employee stole 30 bucks from my drawer the boss doesn't let yo claim anything he claims the stuff was already broken never come here I'd suggest mayflower or something

We have used Moving Pros twice. The first time was amazing, so we chose them again! The 2nd time was a different experience as they were late (outside of the window by over 2 1/2 hours) leaving us moving into a Senior Living Place passed 10:00 pm. The place was locked down for the evening, causing us to work through alarms etc, increasing the time frame. Booking them as their first appointment of the day would help with this situation and then all would be well. The movers care and work hard. I did text and call the owner and did not get a response.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. The communication with sub-par. My contract stated that I would get a 3-man crew and the time would be between 8 and 9am on a Saturday. 1 guy texted me and stated "they" would be at my house closer to 9am. 9:15am come and no moving company. I messaged the guy back and he said it would be another 30 to 45 mins before "they" would arrive. 1 guy finally showed up closer to 11am. You can't move someone's house with 1 guy. Another guy finally showed up 15-30 mins after the 1st guy. After the move was completed, I signed a document for 1 price and they charged a different price to my credit card. I have filed a complaint, emailed the company and called the company. I am still waiting on a response.

Shaun and Tay came for a job that might not be their “usual” - I got a new fridge and needed the old one moved down to the garage to bring the new one up.. :)
These gentlemen took the extra time out of their day to deconstruct both fridges and move them without damaging ANY of the parts or my home, even through the stairs to the main floor.
They very well could have given up when they saw there wasn’t the perfect amount of room, but the extra mile they went to help me out was worth every single penny. I don’t know of another company that would literally take apart, piece by piece, 2 fridges just to swap them places. Thank you!!!
