“I originally left an upsetting review a couple days ago about an important package that wasn't delivered to me Friday , and the carrier saying that my driveway or door was not accessible when it was. I filed a complaint online.
Kay Lynn Puskac from the Oak Grove postal Service sent me a very nice apology email. It was explained to me that it was a different carrier from a different location that was not familiar with the area. Which makes sense because the local carrier has been delivering packages to me with no issues for a month now.
They tried to call me also, but I was at an family event and wasn't able to answer. I really do appreciate the promptness to my issue and the apology. I've never experienced that before at another postal location. In addition to the clerks always being so pleasant when I visit this location and the apology email, I definitely have to change my rating as I'm very satisfied with the customer service they provide.
Thanks for the explanation and for the apology.”

“I love coming in here. They always take care of me and they're friendly people.
One time I was short on money and I didn't know it and I was buying a stamp and the lady behind the counter her name is Lisa.... She paid for it for me”
