“I've had my little Ford Ranger for 25 years - it's a great little manual transmission truck and has had very few problems. When I started having shifting issues, I thought it probably needed a new clutch. I took it to two shops, who both immediately told me that I needed a whole transmission replacement. I was skeptical. My neighbor recommended Nicholls, who quickly confirmed that it was the clutch, and had it fixed in no time. They also diagnosed another issue that I knew about, and was convenient to address while they were already working in that area. I appreciated the quick, honest diagnosis, and the fast turnaround. I've been back since with another issue that I thought was major, and they discovered that it was only a loose wire and had me back on the road the same day. Happy to have my truck back, and happy to have found a great shop!”
“Nice guys I didnt have my truck worked on there as its a old work truck didnt want to drop 8k into but did have our in-house mechanic fix what they said was wrong with a lift took 4hrs to fix thats removal of the cab parts and reinstall im assuming they go by book hrs. Would i recommend them? Yes I would very professional but couldn't forsee spending 8k on my old beater if it was newer and nicer yes I would have used them ?”
