THE MALE OWNER PUT HIS HAND ON ME. I had been going to Anna for about 2 years I went in to get a fill, it cost 60$ when it was done. I gave him a Visa card with 50$ one and another with 25$. He said I owe 27$ because the 50$ visa only had 9$on it. I call the 1-800. Number that tells you what the card was used for. It said ANNA nails 41$. And Anna nails 9$ the card has nothing left on it. I had my phone on speaker. He still insists he didn’t get the money. I called and got a human on the phone on speaker, they repeated it again annna nail had taken the 50$. I gave them the empty card because as I told them I had no use for it because they had taken all the money off the card. A total of 75$ . I got up to leave and Anna husband grabbed my arm to pull me back. I had done all I could to pure they had been paid. THEY DONT LIKE or have respect for us. Just our money!

Not professional workers. The employees don't have any experience . I will never come back to this business ever again. I was not happy with my nails for the price I paid for.

This is my 2nd time having my nails done at Anna Nails and I'm extremely pleased! Yani has been my nail tech both times and she does AMAZING work! I've already booked my 3rd appointment in 2 weeks. The atmosphere/decor is beautiful and done in my favorite colors (red/black). The chairs are comfortable and the pedicure area is calming and relaxing.

I don’t typically write reviews but save your money. I just got the worst french tips of my life. It looks like they poured hot glue over my nails after i specifically asked for it to be gel nails. The nails are crooked and uneven.

Horrible customer and attemped to over-charge. My 83 year old grandmother came in for a fill and pedicure. The person working on her nails did not speak or understand English. The lady attempted to use powder for her nails, which she did not want nor ask for. She asked for a manager. He stated she always gets powder. She's only been in that salon maybe once this year (and again she does NOT wear powder). The manager was RUDE and walked off speaking in his native language. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANNA'S. I will also be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau.

Came here for the first time to get a pedicure I normally go to Modern Nails on 63rd but I was trying something new SMH!??♀️ The Lee lady didn’t do a good job at all she rushed my pedicure she got nail polish on my toes. She didn’t get the inside of my nails I had to mention it multiple times as she said Yeah Yeah it’s nothing. The water burnt me when she advised me to put my feet in. The dead skin was still there after the completion of my 15-17min pedicure. The colors I wanted she refused me saying she would have to put white under or make it a gel polish which I was ok with but she said,” NO What color now” then started to be discriminatory against me. I ended up getting blue polish which ended up being on my toes as well. I asked the youngest nail tech for a cotton ball and polish remover to correct it myself she asked to see it and there it was SMURF toes. The massage chair was told to be stopped when Lee was doing my polish I’ve never heard of that.
I am leaving very unsatisfied, toes still not truly completed I guess this is what happens when you try a #1 w regular polish. I honestly wanted to see what they were capable of but I guess it’s attitude rushed service, not a complete pedicure but making sure they get paid.
Stylist: Lee and she was rude, rushed me didn’t listen to my needs or concerns of what I wanted my toes to look like. She stated that the colors in the book aren’t really the “true colors”. Lee talked about me in her native tongue and left nail polish on my toes and feet. The youngest tech had to get me a cotton ball and polish remover so I can remove the mistake myself.

I looked at the reviews before going and thought to myself “it can’t be that bad”. Let me tell you, it is that bad. I got a gel manicure, that was done in (I’m not kidding) 10 min. I had to ask the nail tech multiple times to clean up the residue left on my fingers from the gel polish (see picture). I’ve been getting gel polish for years and no one has ever left hardened gel polish on my fingers like that. I had to go back 2 days later because on almost every nail the gel polish was chipping off. When I went back in and showed what seemed like the owner the chipped nails they didn’t say “sorry” or “we will fix it” they just told me to sit down. I’m writing this in hopes of saving someone from paying a crazy high amount ($20 up charge for gel) for the worst nails I’ve had done. Drive 5 min further and go somewhere else.

I went in to have the dip powder that was on my nails removed and redone with acrylic. One thing I just can’t stand is when a business serves the public, they don’t speak the LANGUAGE of the PUBLIC! The majority of people who live in Grandview speak ENGLISH!
So when I was assigned a nail tech, he didn’t speak good English, nor did he know what he was doing… as he attempted to remove my dip powder using the drill, he acted like he was SCARED of the filings… then I asked him how long had he been a tech, 2 months he said… WOW!
So no experience AND language barrier… I asked for a tech with experience, and that spoke English, I got a really angry nail tech… he was not friendly, pleasant and if I didn’t know better, I would think he didn’t like his job… he put a tip on crooked and tried to say that’s the way my finger is… I told him I won’t argue with him and I’ll fix the nail myself… he was really upset… but I felt like no one was happy there, no one spoke good English and I’m surprised this business is still in Grandview… even the couple of customers that WERE there didn’t appear happy…
He managed to finish my nails, they turned out ok, but I will NEVER EVER EVER go to this business again! EVER!
I felt like they didn’t want me there. And if I didn’t need my nails done and I felt like driving further away, I sure would have went somewhere else.

Do not go to this place. Horrible. All of my nails have this weird bubble and are lifting. This is my first fill on a new set. He was rude and when I asked him to fix another nail that was more noticeable he got mad and started going off in his native tongue. Then wanted to charge me for fixing other nails when he jacked up. Stay away!!!! This is a day after a refill on my nails ?!

So sorry to do this but this will be my last time going to this nail shop. The lady did not know how to cut my nails properly, filed them un even and could barely understand what i was saying. I wasted my money, time and im very upset about it.
UPDATE: i later called the location who told me to come back in and they were able to re-do my toes. POSITIVE vibes the entire time i even tip the women for her time. Thanks!
