Professional and fast!! I had two separate vehicle collision claims for my Honda CRV in the past 12 months. Both times they did a great job on quality and timeliness of the repair. Hopefully, I don’t have any more collisions in the future, but if I do, I definitely plan the go back to Caliber Collision!

I brought my car here to fix some damage from a tire tread. They did great communicating with me and keeping me updated for the process of fixing it. Great staff, loved the fun candy and welcoming people, and am happy to have worked with them! You all are awesome!! The final result looks great! Update: You are all awesome, thank you Aaron for your hard work going above and beyond. I had to get my door fixed as well and looks great ?

We had an exceptional experience at Calliber in Grandview Mo. My vehicle was damaged in a front end collision and required a difficult diagnosis process and repairs due to the AWD. It had previous work at another collision center that did not rectify all the problems. On my first call to Calliber in Grandview I spoke with Nancy who was wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgeable, listened and understood my situation. Nancy assured me right away that Calliber would take care of us and get the job done. She spoke with the manager Aaron Daniels and he contacted me the same day. I immediately knew we were in good hands. Aaron is extremely thorough and meticulous regarding his work. Through the diagnosis and repair process we were contacted and updated every step of the way and very confident that we were in expert hands! Aaron and Nancy are amazing to work with and this will forever be our repair facility if needed in the future. Thank you very much!

The team was amazing and so easy to work with. Started out with a location off Market street and they helped transfer to another one that could get the work done sooner. Picked up the truck and it looked brand new! Couldn’t stop looking over it! Very pleased and will definitely use Caliber Collision for our body work!
Worked with Danny and Nancy at the one in Grandview - they were awesome!

Having my car stolen sucked, it being towed to Caliber Collision (in Grandview) was fairly convenient for me.
The service was excellent and professional. I was kept apprised of everything that was going on. I never felt out of the loop. I was made to feel as my best interest was first and foremost in every decision that was made.

I just picked up my Dodge Durango this morning excellent customer service 10/10 for my mechanic I loved the job they did I was in an accident with a semi truck so yes my car was messed up Thank God for them

The customer service from the first phone call to schedule appointment with Nancy to the service advisor Aaron was top notch. We were scheduled by our insurance company and I couldn’t be happier with the service received. Would definitely recommend.
