If I could I’d rate it 0 stars. Cheap and hardly anything on the shelf. Accused us of stealing while we were talking about what to buy. They were screaming when we walked in as well. Workers were inappropriate and said and did weird things, like if we could see them and laughing.

Ms. Kendra the Mangmt is so nice. This location ALWAYS has Great Customer Service & WEEKLY NEW items. The store is so put together. I like the PROMOTIONAL Gift items up front for fast purchase. The “Him/They” section has URBAN to CONSERVATIVE items. The “She/ They” section has everything including lingerie & makeup. HOME GOODS area is just enough for an added touch. KIDS - TOTALLY AFFORDABLE. Overall this is a One Stop Shop- even offering THE Famous Rap Snacks - in case you need a quick bite as you leave.

The door and google say their hours of operation open at 10am. I pulled on the door at 10:45am and it was locked. Unlike a restaurant, a retail store only needs 1-2 employees to open the doors. Disappointing that they can't get open on a Saturday.

I was in the Vito trends on 1-14-22..I was looking for a pair of shoes that I wanted to wear without heals… Although they didn’t have what I needed I was just enjoying looking around cause I was so amazed on how neat and clean things was.. even the shoes was placed in a neat order.. the spaces between the clothing area was nice… carpet vacuumed and I was just amazed.. even though I didn’t buy anything I didn’t want to leave..lol…I have never seen this store in such an immaculate condition… the two clerks in the store at the time was so polite and smiling… I bragged to them how nice the store looked… so if this is the site for the Citi Trends at Truman corners in Grandview… Two thumbs up and keep up the good work… You are wonderful..??
