Jack was very helpful and professional, explaining every step of the employer drug screening process thoroughly. His personal demeanor was welcoming and amusing. Jack made the experience of peeing in a cup as pleasant as it could possibly be.

I had to come in for a physical, for a new job. They only take walk-ins, so I could not make an appt. Got there at 3 and wasn’t seen until 4. No one else was there for that type of physical, so it was frustrating to wait that long. Took 5 mins to complete my assessment. Staff was kind!
