I’m a male who typically wouldn’t book manicures or pedicures but I decided to give it a shot. Taylor did an absolute amazing job on both services for me and now I can’t stop going back to her! From my first appointment she made me feel comfortable, relaxed and at home. Everything from the music to the decor is a vibe and I love everything about the shop. I would definitely recommend!

I have never been so happy with my nails! Every time I go I’m never disappointed. Taylor is my nail tech and she is very professional and sweet. She takes her time and gets the nails right every time. I highly doubt anyone had a bad experience when it comes to Taylor’s work. Maybe she just wasn’t the nail tech for you.

I love this salon. Literally my favorite place other than the mall ❤️. Everyone is so sweet. I been getting my nails done by Taylor for the past year. I am in so love. She is super sweet and nice. She is the best. Taylor and everyone at creative illusions are the best. Highly recommend this place. It feels like home ❤️❤️

Ok this is review is for Taylor not the shop . I started going to Taylor a couple of months ago and from the first time I started going my nails would always be cracking the next day from the heavy amount of Gel she uses on your nail and this happened every time I went . I have had to come back on several occasions to get my nails fixed she offered to do an experiment on my nails with this new gel and she gave me a five dollar discount and stated if I have any problems to call her back . It was a lot issues with the Gel polish nails so when I contacted Taylor she had an attitude about it . So I let her fix it again and didn’t make another appointment. She had the nerve to text me and say she doesn’t want to do my nails again. I wasn’t coming back anyway she needs to work on her craft and not to mention her station was always dirty and she is all over the place with her pricing. I am very disappointed that I had to write ✍️ this review but this had to be told if you go that nail shop stay away from Taylor .
