Pharmacy is usually closed and when open it is so low staffed the lines go through the dirty trashy store. Multiple people voiced frustration and the lead pharmacist called them "sad" and trashed talked them to the other workers. Won't return to cvs for anything.

They will say they are filling your medication then all of a sudden say they do not have it. They should have stated this to begin with.

Spoke with red T-Shirt & fat girl in the pharmacy.She is so rude and she asked me stupid questions position . I Told her I am Uber driver.She said we not allowed to come here every Uber driver. I told her were you learning from the Law?.She just walked away from me If you get the chance to go to any other pharmacy.. do your self a favor

Admittedly, I've been to this store numerous times throughout the years. One specific time was for passport pictures and it was a nightmare.
I forgot to remove them as a preferred pharmacy with one of my doctors so I had to return to get a prescription that couldn't otherwise be transferred. I was dreading going in but - you do what you gotta do.
Anywho, I was very pleasantly surprised. The pharmacy team was cordial and professional, which I definitely appreciated. I was able to get my prescription in a timely manner with no issues.
Even more impressive was my interaction with a young man at the head of the store, named Chrys who was on top of his game.
Since I had to go for another reason I decided to have some photos printed. When I went to the front to retrieve and pay for my order I was greeted with a wonderful smile, excellent attitude and a strong willingness to help.
Chrys retrieved my order, asked if there was anything else he could assist with, made sure I got my extra care points for my purchase and one of the MOST important things for me is he thanked me for my business. Which for me speaks volumes!
Chrys changed my perspective of this store and due to that I plan to return in the future. I really like the positive changes I'm seeing at this location. Please keep it UP!!!

Pharmacy is trash , who ever up there awnsering the phone is miserable and can’t even do the bare minimum of there job . Nobody forced y’all to work there get a new job .

This place doesn’t respect their own posted hours. They decided to close at 8 instead of 9 even tho there were still workers there. Wouldn’t let me in for one thing I cannot believe their inconsideration to their customers, many of whom are sick and rely on CVS for meds.

The worst Pharmacy. I thought I’d give them another try after the last time I tried to pick up my prescription here. The last time i had a horrible experience. This time was no different.It is 6 hours after my prescription was sent by my doctor and they still have not filled it. I called and asked about it and the lady told me in 30 minutes it would be ready. So I went to pick it up after waiting 30 minutes. The girl at the desk said “No, It will be 30 more minutes.” I seriously just want my medicine before they close tonight…Never again CVS.

CVS is facility is very dirty. The pharmacy is constantly under staffed causing stress and occasional negative experiences. When I left the line to the pharmacy pick up inside had 8 people. Today’s interaction was very pleasant even though my wait was 11 minutes to reach the counter.
