I was able to see a provider the same day for an urgent issue and Sara was great and saw me quickly and prescribed medication for my illness. Feeling much better.

Sara Lattner Nurse Practioner, Took the time out of her busy day and spent some time explaining in debts of my diagnosis. Was not in a rush. Helped me ease my mind a lot. Wonderful young lady. This Dr. particularly Dr. Muro a selfish person. He saw me for gout and wants to continue to have me back for medication. He knows works for me on a by need basis. It took me two maybe three months to get in to see him. When I have flare ups, they are important for me to address. He decided he wanted to have some medical student in on our first visit instead of actually getting one on one time with me as well, which is to me fairly selfish as well. This doctor wants to have you in and pays facility fees so that he can continue to prescribe you on the same thing that he already has prescribed you on. Do not trust this place. Or their partners, since he decided to bring that into the loop. Dr. Muro. I hope you enjoy continuing to charge people to see them for non related issues and things that you already had prescribed them for and continue to make lots of money off of it. Much love

I had no problem with my visit, was called in around 20 min after my scheduled appointment, but my MD was very thorough.He answered all my questions & concerns.Unlike alot of Dr's he took his time. I didn't feel rushed out...

Its been revamped with new staff and most of the doctors have retired or are gone so that they are short staffed. IDC if I see a CNP she was actually nice just never made eye contact, but if my insurance makes me see one instead of my usual doctor then she should at least be able to prescribe ALL of my prescriptions and not just some. I am still waiting for my much needed or I am awake for days sleeping meds. Its just so jam packed up in there especially the Lab I think I will be changing to a new provider. SMH

I love, love, love my doctor, but the reception area is a mess. Not enough people taking patients info, and they are obviously stressed to the point of rude

I always experience a professional and respectful staff at Encompass Medical Group. The nurses and doctors are highly knowledgeable. I appreciate how patient the staff is when going over questions or concerns.

I've been with Hickman mills clinic since I was 5, so over 20 yrs now and have been with them through the changes. I remember when it used to be good, wait times werent long, you could actually get someone friendly on the phone, and felt like they genuinely cared about you more than what they could bill your insurance for. I was so fed up a few years ago until I asked around for PCP and a few mentioned Dr. Smolen. She is an excellent doctor who seems to care about her patients but it is so hard to get in to see her, especially since I had a lapse in insurance coverage and they want you to be seen every 6 months. I've been needing a colonoscopy for blood in my stool and need another referral for it but cant get in til December and it's even harder to get in because they put a note in my chart saying I need hour long time spots. For what? I come in with my list of ailments and make suggestions and ask for referrals for the stuff I know she can't help with. I make sure I'm well versed in my own care and for being young, I dont see why they would mark my chart to need hour long slots. I just need to get my referrals resubmitted so I can take care of my g.i. issues that got worse after the NP I saw kept trying to prescribe me everything rather than trying to find the root cause or send me to a specialist. I feel like they try to intentionally push patients out of their practice and have felt this way for years now

Overall experience was fine Dr. Geidl is always smiling and listens to concerns. His nurse seemed a bit put out but I also don’t know how her day had gone before I came in?

Ashley Murphy is my doctor and she is very thorough and she listened to me and discussed options with me. I trust her and am very grateful to have her as my PCP. Highest recommendation!
