“I bought a candle at Crate & Barrel in Overland Park, KS for about $30.00 and when I lighted it, it did not smell at all; next day I lighted it again longer and nothing smell. I was upset because I usually buy my candles at TJ Max or Aldis for $6.00 or $7.00 and smell delicious, so I went back with my receipt and requested a refund. Of course the cashiers did not want to give me a refund or exchange because it was already burned a little, which I explained “yes, and that is why I know this is not right paying that much for a candle that does not smell or “play music” , they did not like that so I requested the store manager, I believe her name was Laura, but not sure, and she did agreed on an exchange after I explained her the problem, she lighted the candle and confirmed the smell was too soft ( to me there was no smell). Anyway, I came home with a different scent “Basel Nettle Flower & Sage” and truly smells divine and I don’t need to burn it too long and my whole house smells so good. So I just wanted to thank this manager for her understanding and her professionalism how to listen to customers, no matter how small the investment. She really made me her client again. “Interesting showroom for Kohler. They use different products to showcase and there are some items on sale but I would say this is more for higher end products and showcase new products and styles. Great place for decorative ideas.”

Diane was friendly and personable and more than helpful in offering me advice as to which knife was best for my needs. Although the prices are high, the quality of the kitchenware is outstanding and the atmosphere of the store is warm and inviting.
