They don't care about help customers, just about creating new account sales. Need to upgrade or replace a phone, don't bother. They will try to push you into just getting a new number and starting a new account. Lies and manipulations are why people stop doing business with companies Permanently.

Moved from Cali to Missouri closet store 42 miles … called and talk to Sam who answered all my questions and could help me and head on down … once I got there nothing Sam said was true and literally only had 3 I phones that I could not finance … was pushed to buy Nokia phones at ever turn … Sam lied to me to get me in the store, and could not help me at all … Sorry to say there was a T mobile in same parking lot and Amber the store manager got a great deal and a new free iPhone 14 once signed up … Sam’s sucks Amber is great thank you T mobile … Rant over

Great phones terrible prices everything is so expensive, the people working here don't smile and it makes you feel a little uneasy but they were helpful unfortunately it almost cost me 100+ for a new phone plan on an unlocked phone

Don't go to this Metro they don't like helping customers or answering questions very rude guys, if I could give u guys 0 Stars I definitely would. I went February 6 in the evening and they just didn't even feel like talking to us.

They are really naver there or naver answer the phone when they are there. They try to say you have to pay for all the extra thing you don't really need to pay. They play on there phones more then working or be next door or at price chopper seting the geting Starbucks.

So I went to the store I bought a phone and phone case and screen protector then I decided I didn't want the screen protector and then I told her I wanted to return she said the policy says there's no returns and she covered the receipt with a big sticker and I peeled it off it ripped a little bit but I read the policy of returns of this accessories and it says they allowed it and then she lies and says that her manager said no
