Run Run Run far away from this place unless you want your stuff repeatedly stolen!! They have nobody on site at this location, units repeatedly get broken into and damaged, and when you file a complaint or claim it goes nowhere.

I'm very pleased wirh the service I was provide by the property manager Vee who introduced to the entire team. He provide a tour ans also property access hours. He also assured me they take good care of customers. Vee needs a raise for all his hard work. Id recommended SROA to my friends and family.

I had a stolen boat stored at a location in Grandview, MO. I went to the facility after the police notified me that they had it in a tow lot. When I was there, I saw over a dozen storage lockers that had been broken into as well. I have tried multiple times to have someone call me regarding this but have yet to get a callback. When I filed a police report, they also told me that they could not get a callback from anyone at this company. The company lists that there the location has video surveillance. If this is the case, that needs to be provided to the police. If it is not working, Storage Rentals of America has liability due to their lack of properly securing the facility as advertised.

Not sure you would want to rent Here as my storage unit was broke into they did nothing and still to this day have done nothing to fix the problem I drive by daily going to work and there are new units that someone has broke into if I could I would take all my stars back cause they don't deserve any BTW I have moved my belongs out of this storage facility and will not use them again.

My son unit was broke into also and I herd it was broken into again lasted night and that red dot sold the place. So what do we do that they sold it. We had insurance on ours. Threw red dot. A contracted And receipts to prove what we had.

Not clean. Cars with broken windows. Had to sweep out unit and access code did not work. Customer service was very helpful at getting a temporary code.

Storage broken into in April and trashed. Had to make a police report and give them a list of things missing while trying to figure out what’s gone. Which is hard to do while highly upset and frustrated. Then insurance requiring you list everything with cost and dates of purchase like you can remember everything you put in boxes and totes a year ago. Go back a few days later around the afternoon to take more pictures and the security gate isn’t working. Had to notify Red Dot and was told it was already reported earlier that morning as not working. This is probably my last year renting here. By the way It’s 68.00 a month to rent the small storage unit at this location.

Gate says it's open from 6 am to 10 pm every time I come at 630 am or after 6 pm the gates deny access I've had this problem for the week I have had this storage unit and now customer support says i cant get a refund because they had a 5 day grace period but I've called with this issue 3 times already and nothing has gotten fixed and the keep saying it will get expedited never will I refer this place to anyone worst experience I've had now I have to pay for a unit that wont get used and scheduled a move out to not continue ever using this place... absolutely the worst property

Customer service was excellent. I didn’t know exactly what size I needed but after explaining Representative helped me based on my needs decide what size unit I need. She also explained everything so there wasn’t any confusion, highly recommend.

The storage unit is adequate. what is exceptional is the customer service and the rates. On my recent phone conversation with Shantel, she was amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful!

A lot of the times the gate code wouldn’t work so you had to call their number to get another code. Units were always getting broke into. When it was time for us to get our stuff out of the unit we couldn’t get the lock off because they had put one of their locks on after some units had been broke into. I scheduled a day for a manager to meet me at the unit to remove the lock and he didn’t show up. When I called red dot to see if he was coming they told me no I would have to reschedule. I would not recommend this storage place.

Over the past months, I’ve been subjected to a string of emails in the ongoing saga of someone who rented a storage unit and then failed to pay as agreed.At first, I thought the emails might be either spam or a genuine mistake. But they are addressed to a person who lists an apartment number on an undeveloped parcel of land and who apparently has an email address consisting of the full name of someone who isn’t them and who shares neither their first nor last name. Whose ever they are, they’re not me. And I’ve written corporate asking to have this remedied to no avail.If they’re all just spam, well played whomever is doing it. Full points for effort. The continuing saga of the rent being due might have been entertaining if I ever got over the frustration of the endless, unwanted emails.In the end, I’ve never personally had any business with this company but been subjected to a string of emails that are increasingly threatening from it. And while that minor inconvenience might not itself justify a one-star review, the strong possibility that someone else might really need these emails and not be getting them makes me concerned for people whose property is actually stored here. Luckily for me, mine isn’t, hasn’t been, and never will be.

This place is horrible. I had a unit there for over a year and it was broken in to once. Had a truck there as well for a few months and every weekend i showed up to check on it it had been broken in to, literally every time i checked on it. They are very rude people too to top it off. The way they word they're emails when you fall a few weeks behind on payments is very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. After how many times my possessions were violated and stolen you couldn't pay me to store my valuables here again. Good riddance.
