First time using this store. Not great. I asked for superpaint and primer and asked them to both be tinted to the same color. They give it to me in box. By the time I get to the job later in the day I find out that they didn't tint the primer. All said and done a job that should have taken me one day now takes 2. Customer is upset. I'm upset. This store only says "sorry." Find a different sherwin to go to in the city.

Nice store, nice employees . Conveniently located and usually stocked up….. manager has an attitude problem but hey , what are u gonna do. ? 5/5 sherwy willy ?.

Never seen such Coustomer service in my whole life.They r rude, don’t want to help and after 1 hr talking to them the guy is like i am busy let me call you.(its been 10 days) is because of my skin color or they r just bad(cant tell)

Great customer service. I needed just a little bit of paint, but had to buy a gallon unfortunately because it wasn't sold in less amount. However, they hooked me up with some discounts which I wasn't expecting but totally appreciated!

I may have had a bad experience in Raytown but Harrisonville and Grandview stores made up for it thank you for your help and thank you for looking something up like I asked it’s appreciated your customer service is appreciated

I called to get advice on repainting/resurfacing a fiberglass slide. I asked about anti-graffiti paint and the sales rep agreed it should do the trick. He told me over the phone it cost $50-$60 per gallon so I sent a family member to pick up 3 gallons. It turns out she paid $93 per gallon, but when I called to question it afterwards, the sales rep simply said he must have told me wrong. Worse still, i've applied the anti-graffiti paint and it has the exact opposite effect on the slide making it very anti-skid rather than slippery like we were going for. I've now spent over $300 on paint that was worthless to the project and will now get to spend the next several days sanding the slide (about 6ft by 65ft of surface area) to try something else. I'm very disappointed in what this experience cost me.

When I called to order my paint the lady was friendly and helpful but when I picked it up The lady was very rude. I went to the doors on the side of the building where it said to pick it up, but I must have been at the wrong door. She came out and shoved the paint into my hand and turned around and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional.
