I read a lot of bad reviews and thought it would be that bad, but my appointment was at 1:00 PM. I arrived at 11:00 AM, they loaded me quickly, and by 12:30 I was already leaving. Everything was great.

Turn in the easternmost entrance and go straight til you see dock 20, check-in is next to that, at least it was for me picking up. Straightforward process, easy back, I was in and out in about an hour forty five. No overnight parking.

I came here checked in and got a dock right away, ahead of 4 other trucks who were waiting. It seems they have the loading split up by delivery so sometimes you can get lucky, and the front desk lady was very nice!
