Placed an online order. When I received my sandwiches they mixed up the cold ingredients on the sandwiches and when I brought them back they made it seem like I was lying and when I tried to show them the sandwiches and the receipt they gave me a lot of attitude and were not nice about it. They were also training a new girl and were very rude to her. She may have messed up but they were talking about her behind her back and were just nasty. Food was fixed but dang I don’t see why they needed to be rude about it to me or to the new girl. When I received my food though they changed their attitude and were nice when I left. Very confusing visit.

Website says open at 10am got there at 10:02 still not open although sign on door says open at 9am. There was a employee sitting at the table and I tapped on the window to see what time they were going to open and she bounced her head around like she was mocking me. I went back to my car to leave and she turned the open sign on. Still the door was locked. It wasn't until another customer pulled up and got out of his car that they finally opened. Fortunately the lady that helped me was fairly nice. ( white lady with some earrings in her nose I believe) she was likeable. The larger black lady with lots of curly hair, not too friendly. 4-15-2024

This review is specifically for Denali. He was wonderful, listened and correctly filled our orders, including a change made after he began making the wrap.His co-worker, whose name I don't know, was rude and impatient with us and him.The store was clean.

I ordered on the app and paid $30 only for them to be closed when I got there even though it was only 8pm and they close at 9pm. Whatever, sometimes you have to close early. BUT It has been about 5 days and despite contacting subway multiple times I have not gotten a refund at all and haven't even gotten any communication back. Basically they just casually stole $30 from me lol

The staff was rude and tried to slap my sandwich together I asked her several times to not touch my food after she snatched it from another employee claiming she was going to fix it when she clearly didn’t want too. It was not the first having to deal with the rudeness of the employees and I believe this was the manager.

Terrible service. I ordered online and my order was wrong. I contacted the Subway twice and was hung up on. I never visit this location and will never visit it again.

Went in for the buy one get one and the manager was so rude to me. Offered me no options on a sandwich just a refund with cash when I ordered online. Had an attitude and a extremely smart mouth. It’s amazing how citizens employ themselves right where they belong.

There was only one "artist" working but he did a great job of helping everyone in the store. I went late and they were almost out of some items but, whatever!
