Website clearly stated they were open today 8/31 , but I pulled up, and went to the door and there is a sign saying closed 8/31 and 9/1. Really??? Fix your website then because the website says it is only closed on 9/1

This rating is necessary and so unfortunate. The staff at the store have been nothing but kind and helpful! Every time I work with them it redeems the frustration that I have to deal with regarding the owner. The owner of the store is very condescending when he speaks with you, quite smug and petty when I have to deal with him or question anything. The absolute worst part of the behavior is he does it with a smug look and calm voice. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when I first started my account. Maybe it was a bad day. However, it's now a common occurrence and the reviews show that a number of people have had similar interactions with him. It's time to take my business elsewhere and I know that might effect the staff. I hope he looks at the big picture and tries to do better to keep business for the sake of his staff.

At first I was upset about being charged a dollar and some change to print my labels while shipping a 40 pound and 10 pound package…..but then I remembered these stores are privately owned franchises. Being a business owner for 17 years I understand you must cover expenses as a small business owner. Good service by the staff here and glad to pay for printing the labels.

I've been a frequent customer of the UPS Store in Grandview for many years. I always enter the store with a smile on my face, and leave with a bigger smile on my face. The owner/manager and staff are knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I've very much appreciated how they treat me.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this UPS Store. I came in simply trying to fax two documents, and from the moment I approached the counter, the woman working there was incredibly rude and dismissive. She acted like helping me was a major inconvenience and spoke to me in a condescending, unprofessional tone.
What made the situation even worse was that the store owner was present and witnessed the entire interaction. Instead of stepping in to correct the behavior or show any concern for how I was being treated, the owner did absolutely nothing. That kind of silence and inaction from leadership speaks volumes.
There is no excuse for this kind of treatment, especially when customers are just trying to complete a basic task. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere until there are serious changes made to how customers are treated.

I rarely leave negative reviews unless it really bad but it was that bad. I was dropping off a return from amazon and asked if they had an empty box that I might be able to use, instead of simply saying they didn’t, the owner (yes the owner) responded with “no but we sell boxes here so we can make a living” with a bit of an attitude. I let him know he didn’t need to give me an attitude about it and he continued by saying “goodbye” with a smirk on his face and refused to receive the package. The owner was very unprofessional and rude and I would not recommend going to this location. Absolute horrible experience!

This place is always amazing. They have amazing customer support. There’s never a wait time. No matter what happens, Somebody will always come from the back to immediately help you out. The facility as well. This is honestly the best UPS store I’ve ever been in.

Sad to write this review, usually great service from this store, then I got someone new today and they were rude. Just told me I could not ship items, did not coherently explain why. Even the post office gave me a better explanation!

Store is closed. I arrived at 3:04pm Friday. No holiday hours posted, no shipping updates posted. Took a detour to stop at this location as it would be closer to where I was needing to go. But after attempting to call and seeing the associate walk out the door, realized nope. They are definitely closed.
Edit: the sign that is clearly not on the door at 3:04pm Friday and that was at the time of review. 2 others had pulled on the handle before 3pm, I was packaging my items so it would be easier to scan. As someone who frequently uses shipping services. No sweat off my back. There are several independent services that apologize and simply say sorry we missed you. But Grandview lucked out. Not a necessity apparently.
