No wonder they have such a low rating. They sell broken vapes. The employees are so bad at their jobs that they don't ask customers to test them to make sure they work, then they refuse to help you if it is broken. The little scary red headed man wants to intimidate and threaten customers who get broken products because HE sucks at his job. I'm disputing the charges for the broken item. He did not even ID me.

Well I guess I’m not alone in my opinion of this store. The staff is the reason for my review. Closing your store 5 minutes early is fine - unless, that is, you have a customer. So, thank you so much, to the lazy, inconsiderate, derelict of a rude woman (who was sure old enough to know better) that shook her head as she waved us away and snapped, “we’re closed” with 4 minutes left on the clock. I don’t expect people to work LATE to accommodate me but I sure do expect them to work until it’s actually time to close. Shame on you Zips. I won’t be back.

I will be doing a law suit against this gas station there was a bugs in my daughters food and she got food poisoning and ended up in the hospital

Made a quick stop by Zipz! (or Phillips 66) on our way to Branson. Gas pump worked (thank goodness) and it was clean outside. Workers were very friendly, but looked at is funny when were trying to figure out why there were chains hanging down by the coolers. Yes, you read that right. Our best deduction is that the cooler doors get chained at night. Fist time for everything I guess! Restrooms were clean, but the layout with a stall door right by the main door was awkward. Unless you are looking for booze late at night and don't mind people entering the restroom hearing you do your business, I say go ahead and check it out! Happy gassing up Yelpers!

Went in this store two days ago, the cashier was rude for no reason acted put out when I asked for a receipt for a small transaction and very suspicious ALL BECAUSE I could not understand his broken English when i asked the price of my purchase of the items I bought because they had no price displayed. Woke up this morning from a text from my bank asking me if i spent 147 dollars on a transaction that initially was 2 cookies at the counter at the location across from the quick trip off 150 hwy in grandview missouri, no absolutely not but am certain that very rude cashier who barely spoke English had something to do with it They are being investigated by the police and my bank as well. GO THERE IF YOU WANT RUDE TREATMENT AND CARD FRAUD ATTEMPTED ON A SMALL PURCHASE THEY ARE YOUR ONE STOP SCAMMERS AND HABIB BEHIND THE COUNTER IS YOUR MAN. I hope this place gets shutdown and the cashier gets put behind bars where he belongs. just read past reviews after posting this 90 percent of customers has had the same experience with rude cashiers I am 100 percent convinced this store is bad news go to quick trip across the street if you do not want rude treatment and card theft imposed on you too. Also noticed dust all over the counter and a dead roach on the floor at the counter where you pay. The health department will be notified as well. Last thing I just remembered about this location when i asked for my receipt he presented me with a pen and a receipt to sign for a transaction that was not even mine I AM CONVINCED scammers are running that shack and I am going to do everything in my power to expose this corrupt location AND THEIR ATTEMPTED FRAUD.

Horrible store!!! Here now to get gas and it's a 24hours store and the guy inside doesn't want so lazy that he says they were closed so he doesn't have to work. Management needs to monitor their night shift!

Their business hours are a lie. I went there at 11 at night and they were closed and it looks like they've been closed for a while do not believe that they are 24 hours they close at night! If their business hours have changed then they need to update them immediately!

If any of my friends or family are passing through Grandview, MO I am asking you please don't use this gas station. I was there getting gas in my company van and as I was finishing filling up with gas this elderly lady came walking past me crying. I asked if she was ok. She had a handful of quarters $4.00 dollars worth. She told me the gas station attendants would not take the 4 dollars in quarters that she could only get 2 dollars worth of gas and she would have to go to another gas station to get 2 more dollars worth of gas. I'm not going to lie this pissed me off so I used my debit card and put 5 dollars in her gas tank. She tried giving me the 4 dollars she had, I told her to keep it and just pay it forward if possible. After all this, I went inside and asked to speak with the manager and I asked why they couldn't take 4 dollars worth of quarters for gas and I was told to mind my own business and they don't have time to count it out, 16 quarters to make sure it's 4 dollars I guess. So, i told them I wouldn't be back and I would never spend a penny in their store ever again. The manager was rude and told me they don't care if I don't spend my money with them. Feel free to share I think this is a business worth not supporting. I also know Q-Trip would never treat a customer like this.
