“Exceptional service by really nice people. We had a flat on the way to Eminence on a Thursday afternoon. A good samaritan named Mike (shoutout to Mike!) pulled over to help a car full of ladies with their spare tire installation. Mike told us to follow him to his friend’s tire shop in Pacific. We followed him to Bay’s and we were very satisfied with the service we received. It was fast, efficient and affordable to purchase a new replacement tire. We were back on the road in less than an hour. Without Mike and Bay’s Tire Shop, our girls weekend would have been a disaster. Thanks again for your hospitality!”
“Nice people, let me know I needed new break pads and were able to get me in for them the same week. Chairs in the waiting room were comfortable enough, bathroom was nice, free coffee was pretty good. And they pointed my dad to a great shop when they couldn't do the work he needed done.
