The Mexican man that wears the ponytail here has 0 customer service skills . He never acknowledges you with a how are you , have a good day or night .I told the manager Shelby and she said she will talk to upper management regarding it . I hope so as he needs some real coaching .

Me and my friend came in, and he slipped in there, and they told us we both had to leave and called the cops, all because he slipped on their floor. Manager was rude, cussed at him, and everything. I definitely do not recommend going to this store

I stopped in to grab a birthday card on January 16, 2024 around 4:30pm. I will think twice before I do that again. The smell of Marijuana (skunk) was through out the store. The employee working the cash register either needed to fix the self checkout so we wouldn't have to disturb him or go home. It's a shame...

For the people complaining that the employees won’t acknowledge you, get over it it’s not that serious. This DG is decent and I can usually find what I need. My only complaint is the self check is closed more often than not.

The girl working the counter never said a single word to me. I said hello when I walked in, and there was no response. I said it again at check out, and she still ignored me. I said thank you, and have a nice day, and she turned her back on me. I'm positive she is racist.

Nice to have a dollar general in greenwood, love to get my chips here since they are 1/2 the price of price chopper up the road

The store is very well organized and most of the employees are friendly and helpful. I wish dollar general would have identifiers on the employees so we know they are employees. Also, grooming and dress standards need to be addressed with some of the employees.
