Working with Matt Williams was an awesome experience. The man goes out of his way to help his drivers. He's the type of boss that always ask if you're ok before he ask anything else. Malina Hughes was always polite and very professional. Some of the driver's had issues but hey that's anywhere you work. The equipment was quality equipment and they kept you rolling how you wanna run. Matt never asked of anything he wouldn't do himself. At least I can say he's a owner of a company that will hop in a truck and haul freight like the rest of us. Only issue I seen at Integrity was keeping personal business private. Some things need to be kept personal. You will get every weekend home but can run more at your choice. Hutamaki could improve on the process of getting drivers loaded same with Lifeline Foods. A few drivers Abandoned trucks while I was there after the man has helped them tremendously. Sad but true. I could honestly say I'd go back and never have a mixed emotion about anything.

Twice in one week I've almost been hit while walking through the truck parking art truck stops by your trucks going well over 40 mph while looking at their phones. That kind of behavior is unacceptable.

non paying or slow paying, be aware.... they not paying me because originals was lost in the mail, our policy is to receive originals. What can I do if they was lost in the mail? WE HAVE TO GET ORIGINALS IN ORDER TO PAY YOU.... BE AWARE!!!!!! Its like I don't want to mail originals, from Matt: Typically things that are “lost” in the mail show up at one end or another. It is easy for someone to claim they sent them when in reality they did not.Matt Williams3/14/2018 @ 7:49 AM (3 minutes ago)OH YA.. Your the guy that said you talked to me and I said that because you put a bad review out that I said you would not get paid… Total lie.. So… we will mail the check 30 days from receipt of the original documentation as indicated and signed on your rate agreement and contract.Oh wait.. I agreed to CUT YOU A BREAK EVEN THOUGH YOU CLEARLY HAVE A PROBLEM. So.. it is 30 days from when I last contacted you and we received documentation. So it should go out next week unless you decide to be a complete jack *** and then we will go with our policy instead.Matthew A WilliamsPresidentIntegrity Companies, LLC

This company has a very slow paying process. We hauled a load for them on 2/22/18 delivering on 2/23/18. We received payment via a check in the mail on 05/08/2018. We were told every week up until receipt of the check that payment would be mailed out on Friday. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY

The other review is a woman in the office that gets what they want I am a ex driver and they are no different then any other company they lie and charge drivers for things they should be paying for and keep drivers pay check when you leave. They have no clue what it's like to be a driver or how to plan a trip I would not recommend them to haul my freight or a place to work and they will also put you quit under dispatch even though I was told to drop the load in the yard for the local driver to deliver later

Everyone in the office is super nice. They put the truckers first. So happy that the owner is so active and ready to work with you. Looking forward to the awesome opportunity to see how this works
