About United States Postal Service
This is a great little Post Office in Greenwood. It is a tiny, quaint building that does not look like a typical post office. The location is generally not very busy, though it can get busy during the holiday season. The team there provides excellent customer service, is always courteous, kind, quick, and accommodating. They handle everything with a calm demeanor, going above and beyond. It is considered one of the best-run sites, with outstanding service at the Greenwood facility.

The Greenwood office is my favorite post office by far. The people there are always so friendly and nice and they always take care of you. I've walked into other post offices like in Lee's Summit and they're not that way. So kudos to Greenwood post office!
