My phone was messing up and was told I need an upgrade. My phone got wet so decided to upgrade and get a new phone had it for three days started having problems with it I called customer service they said there was a seven day no questions ask return policy. Took phone back to boost mobile store and the guy said you get what you pay for and I didn't have a good enough reason to return it. I'm hoping next month I can afford to go to a different carrier
