“Great service all around. Very nice people with positive attitudes that put there customers first. I wrecked my 2011 Chevy Silverado which had body damage, deployed air bags, front end damage and a bent frame. They repaired everything and you can't tell anything happened to it. Drives better than it did before. Excellent work.”

“My repairs were done well and in a short period of time I got my car back within two days. The repairs look wonderful. There’s no detection of any work having been done on it at all. The paint is just as smooth as it was when I first got it done And I accidentally added two extra 20s when I was paying and when I called he told me yes I had left it there and told me I could come pick it up right away. I very much appreciate Jeff’s honesty and good work.”
“Had Upper and Lower Ball joints replaced in my Duramax 2500 as well as a tie rod end. Initially believed I needed a new torsion bar keys as the vehicle has 320,000 miles on it. The work was done on time, for the cost stated and I was happy. The next day after the work was done, I got a call from the shop and they said we screwed up a bit, you didn't need the Torsion bar key, we just adjusted the bars you have and we owe you money back. I'm very happy integrity still exists, I would never have known any differently. I have always been happy with past work, but this type of service and integrity are hard to come by. Highly Recommended.”

“Most won’t take the time to leave a review and feedback unless they’re upset. That’s not me.I needed a simple oil change and tire rotation. I’m in Columbia often so I checked with McCosh first (on 5/17) only to find out that the soonest they could get me in for service was 6/5… nearly 3 weeks later!So I called Poage (on 5/17) and they had me scheduled for Friday (5/19) of the same week!I always wait at the dealership for my service and my appt. Was for 2pm. I expected to wait 2-3 hours, as that was about standard for McCosh (even after scheduling 2-3 weeks in advance).To my surprise, I was in and out of Poage in less than an hour!Having been a customer with McCosh since the Perry Chevrolet days, it’s bitter sweet to have made the decision to move my business to Poage!”
