Absolutely do not recommend Bill Smith Auto Repair. I brought my vehicle in over a year ago and paid upfront for repairs—and it's STILL not fixed. Every time I call, I get a different excuse or a promise that it’ll be done “soon,” but nothing ever happens. They’ve lied repeatedly about the progress and strung me along for months. After talking to others, I found out I’m not the only one. This seems to be a pattern with them—taking people’s money and not delivering the service. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your car held hostage and your money wasted.

Don't recommend left family member out a vehicle way to long and lied on when would be done. Took money up front and never worked on it.

Lies and will tell you what you want to hear to get money out of you. Then make you wait way longer to get vehicle done then will forget to hook something up right or mess something up and then want you to give more money to fix his mess up!

Don't take vehicle here unless want it to sit for months after paying him in full and just hearing bunch of excuses on why not done.

Horrible experience. Had car over 2 months to Change a transmission. Then it leaked oil so bad I had to take it back to him because he 'forgot' to tighten something.

Traveling through the area on a Saturday night and my alternator went South. John got me in first thing Monday morning and on the road by noon. Treated me well and didn't gouge. Great guy and great service.
