I recently had work done at Bowen Auto Body, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Les helped me with my insurance claim, provided a thorough estimate, kept me updated throughout the repair process and delivered my car back to me looking absolutely perfect. The quality of their work is top-notch – you can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend Bowen Auto Body for any car repair needs!

Took my car in for an estimate on paint less dent repair for a door ding. The gentleman was friendly and took my number down and said they would be in touch the following week. 2 months later I stopped by again. They couldn't find my number but said they had a pdr guy coming the following week and they would call. 8 months later and nothing. Very disappointed. If you didn't want to do the job just tell me.

Was not happy with the owners long phone call while I had to wait until a second couple walked in,to be waited on. He actually took the other customer first.They claimed that it was not their doing that my remotes didn't work. I had to explain that when they replaced my lift gate it broke the circuit. They would have to retrain my remotes. Easy fix if they were not so rude . Now I'm praying it doesn't leak when it rains. Can you imagine trying to explain why that would be a related problem?Will not have anything else replaced here.

Best body shop I've ever been to. They took care of my car in a timely fashion. They even went above and beyond my expectations. The car looked better when they returned it to me than it did when I bought it. I appreciate a business like this. If you ever happen to get into a fender bender, you can't go wrong taking your car here for repairs.My thanks to them for taking care of me and my car.
