Got doubled billed for service on 3/12/24 and have had to wait days to get in and get a return for it. Jesse, who’s no longer there— had a thin attention span and didn’t register the payment as paid even though it was processed with receipt, forcing me to double pay for my service. Yet to remedied due to store hours and “technical difficulties” as of 3/16/24.

Great staff! Friendly helpful respectful and kind! If you need a phone or accessories they'll go through everything with you! If your car won't start and you're stuck in the parking lot they'll be one of the first ones to offer helping hand!?

I went in to the store to hopefully to redeem an offer that was sent through cricket specifically for my phone number(I've been a cricket customer for several years). The deal was for a Samsung phone and it had the price for $99 with a $50 off and the in store activation fee was going to be waived. The person I talked to said that the company who made the Samsung phone I had my eyes on charged the regular price that was on the store display. I'll admit, I left disappointed but, the gentleman was very polite and seemed genuinely upset that I was unable to get the phone I wanted
