I normally get excellent haircuts at the Hannibal, MO, Great Clips and have been going there for a number of years. The only bad, and it was really bad, haircut I've received there was the one just before the most recent. I think the woman cutting my hair was new to the game, and I became the sacrificial lamb.

First of all I checked in and then when I get there my name is gone, and then I don't get greeted but the person I walked in with does. Second I walk up to the counter three times to tell them I am there to check in after I check in again online after I get there, and I get ignore some more. Then two people come in after I do that didn't even check in online yet taken back before I do. So I finally go up to the counter and ask if someone is going to acknowledge me and check me in. I Only stayed cause I have a important appointment tomorrow, so I get my haircut and I use a $10 digital coupon to pay for my haircut, I leave the hairstylist a $5 tip only cause that's the last time I am coming back and that's the last of my money they are ever getting again.
