“We had the best customer service today. Joe sorry ,I don’t know last name , was great helped us in the plumbing department when we asked for something he knew exactly what we needed and where to find it. We had to go a separate time for another plumbing issue there was a lady working in the area and she didn’t have a clue so we got the wrong one which we discovered when we got home. My husband had to go to a third time Joe was back and found us the right part.”

“I stopped into this Tractor Supply specifically to get a propane tank refilled, and while that didn’t work out, the experience was still pleasant overall. As soon as I walked in, the cashier greeted me and immediately asked if I needed any help—which was great. I told her I was looking to refill a propane tank, and she let me know, kindly and quickly, that this location doesn’t offer propane refills.

She even added that it’s a common misconception because the website makes it seem like all Tractor Supply stores do. I half-jokingly asked, “What kind of Tractor Supply doesn’t fill propane?” and without skipping a beat she said, “The kind that’s in a strip mall.” Fair enough—she had me there. I thanked her for her time and left with no hard feelings.

While I didn’t get what I came for, the customer service was friendly and fast, and that goes a long way. If you’re coming here for general farm, pet, or outdoor supplies, I imagine this store will have what you need. Just don’t expect propane refills at this specific location—save yourself the trip if that’s all you’re after.”
