“I visited Crescent Jewelry a couple weeks ago to get links removed from a watch for my teenage autistic son. The watch was a cheap one he purchased online and it had a lot of sparkles! The entire staff was wonderful! Yesterday, we went back to have a few more links taken out of the watch and again, the entire staff was wonderful. BUT, the older man that did the actual work was beyond wonderful! He spoke to my son without judgement, put the watch on his arm and made sure it fit nicely and that my son was happy with it. He laughed with him and made him feel very comfortable. Then, he didnt charge us for the second visit, even though my son was prepared to pay for it. My son went on and on about how wonderful the place was. Thank you!”
