I used to be the Branch Manager at the Belvidere location...we prided ourselves on our outstanding attention to detail and top notch customer service. My son has kept his accounts there and next Tuesday he is purchasing his first home. You all dropped the ball on this as he had signed wire papers on Thursday, the wire didn't go out like it was supposed to...you then assured him it would go out Friday...again, the wire didn't go out. He then was told to go to a shared branch where he could get a cashier check for the amount he needed for his Tuesday closing only to find out that he couldn't get a check for that amount from a shared branch, he now has to pray that your all do your job and get his wire done asap on Tuesday morning or he doesn't get to close on his home at his 9am closing. What a horrible experience and absolutely unacceptable. I have told him to close his accounts and to never do business with you again.

Constantly having to call fraud department for every online purchase I make ,its totally ridiculous. Never had this kind of problem with other Banks, it makes me want to switch banks because of too much harassment.

About a month or so ago, they charged me a $35.00 overdraft fee AFTER my check was deposited which was well over that amount, I let that slide because they would have come up with some petty excuse anyways. I transferred money from my savings into my checking the other day (before they closed) so i would not be overdrafted... They STILL charged me an overdraft fee of $35.00. Didnt realize it until later that day, tried calling the next day and never received an answer, they NEVER answer their phones, and you cant go in the lobby now due to covid-19. Once i get this taken care of I am done with them and switching banks because this is ridiculous and I am tired of them playing games with my money!!

Terrible customer service. This company bought out Mill City (which I loved) and it he literally been the worst experience I could ever imagine. First, they have literally sent debit cards 4 different times before my wife finally got hers via rush delivery which they charged us $30 from our account which they did not inform us that we had to pay which is stupid considering the fact that we could not access the account for weeks because of their incompetence. Each of the 4 or 5 times I called, I had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes to speak to a representative, the app is about worthless for anything except checking your account balance, the reps are rude, etc. Short of losing my money (which I’m legitimately scared of considering), I would highly recommend against doing any kind of business with this financial institution and urge anyone who does do business with them, to keep extremely good records because where there’s smoke there’s fire.

They have no respect for OTR truck drivers. Making deliveries here takes all day - appointment 9 AM, empty 6 PM. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place because they'll waste your time too.
