As we were passing through Hannibal, our vehicles transmission went out. I asked a local person who they would recommend and they said The Muffler Shop. I called and spoke with Dez and she was very helpful and professional from the start. She was able to get our vehicle towed and get us a rental to drive to finish our trip. I highly recommend them for any of your vehicle's needs!

From installing new tires, wheel alignment, oil change, battery replacement, break pads & wheel bearing replacement, The Shop has been taking great care of our vehicles. Ron, Anna, Desiree, & the entire crew are all extremely knowledgeable and professional. I always feel I am in good hands and can be worry free whenever I reach out to them!

After getting 2 alignments done in Quincy at 2 different places, I took my vehicle here in hopes that they could figure out why my vehicle still pulled to the right.I was called and updated on what they've done, what they'd like to do, and waited for my ok before performing another service that would add to the cost. It was not much extra so I said go for it.They figured out it was my front right axle causing the pull and gave me their quote.If my boyfriend didn't insist on doing all repairs himself, I would be happy with the price they quoted me.Friendly, knowledgeable, and figured out something I've been dealing with since owning the car that's only been getting worse. I recommend their business.

Had them replace from the Headers back and they did excellent work !! They were fairly quick at getting it done as well. And they even charged my battery on my truck as it was low since I hadn't used my truck for a while. Super nice people highly recommend !

What a horrible place. They ruined my car so I had to get a new fuvking car. They sold hollowed out items to me which is illegal, busted my car, then stole the engine. Shame on y'allService: Engine repair

Absolutely highly highly recomemend this repair shop!!!!! I was coming from Imperial Missouri to Shelbyville Missouri when my tensioner belt popped off on the highway on a holiday weekend. Not only did they get me in right away when I called, they said how soon can you get here, we'll squeeze you in. Everyone there including the repair mechanic specialist was absolutely polite, courteous, thoughtful and professional. I cannot say enough about this business, if I lived in Hannibal or surrounding areas all my vehicles would go to the shop for its services. Thank you so much staff for helping me out on a holiday weekend you all did an amazing job when I was in desperate need.

Had an alternator replaced in my car and it went bad in less than 2 years-was under warranty. Willing to cover it under warranty but doubled the price of the labor to do so. That is not a warranty. Disappointed and won't ever go back.
