“Where can you find a good ol' mom & pop pharmacy anymore? Hannibal, I guess! Maxwell Pharmacy is the very best. Matt and Rhonda are the owners and they really get to know all of us, the drive thru makes it easy for those of us having a hard time getting around, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had an issue on their end!”
“They never answer the phone EVER!!! I have been calling to check on a medicine to determine if insurance will cover it and I have called 6 times today and have let it ring about 10 minutes each time.. with nothing!!! That is not good customer service!Update: They must care about their customers as I left my above review because I was not happy and a lovley person called me today to apologize and offer me an understanding as to why there was the delay . They are undergoing cosmetic surgery in the pharmacy lol abd many phones have been taken away so I guess we all should be more patient. Thanks again you guys are great!”

“Im giving them a 5 star review, I'm a couponer and I didn't receive a register reward. Did what they told me and gone online and submit a ticket, didn't receive any emails back (almost a week) and 1 of the managers called me to resolve the issue.
That is awesome, yes I had my fair share in problems with the store (system) but never had issues with any of the workers. And having a manager reach out to me to resolve is top notch!!”

“I have been all over the country and had to go to pharmacies everywhere. I have never been to A more comfortable pharmacy. The own is the nicest guy I ever ran into in the industry. And the business reflects it. I wish I never had to go to a different place. If I wasn’t states away I’d still go there. I went a hour in a half to go to them because of there service”
