Allen is rude, unprofessional, scammy and to top it all off, YELLED at me. As a young family, we chose Hannibal Rent One out of convenience when first getting our new home. Now, though, I can confidently tell all who think about doing business with them, SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, and EFFORTS.

We ordered a brand new gas stove. It was delivered half put together. We have had it maybe 3 months at best. Noticed the front glass is coming down from the corner. The front and back of the stove gets so hot that it literally burns your fingertips to touch the knobs to turn it on. We called them to come out and check it out, the guy at first said it was normal to get hot like that then went on to say the hinges are either sprung from a child standing on it or the whole door needs replaced. I have a well mannered 8 and 10 year old, so for them to feel accused was messed up. I tried to explain it had been that way since day one. They weren’t sure if it was new or used which is nonsense because I specifically asked for it to be new. Seems they just tell you what you want to hear and then pass blame for their half put together equipment.

One of the delivery driver was complaining about my dogs barking and my tv on and they couldn't even get the thing in my house the just put it on my porch snd me and my brother got it in with no problem
