Had a man named Jacob help me the other day in the drive through. I had him help me a month or so earlier inside. He was very helpful and pleasant both times and I hope to have him help me again in the future.

This is hands down the worst bank I have ever been associated with, I tried to use the ATM on Saturday and it ate my card in 2 seconds and had a pop-up "out of order." When I called customer service they said I would have to wait till Monday to have a new card issued. I have to go all weekend without any cash and be put through the hassle of getting a new card issued. That's right I said issued so I'm out of my card for another 5-10 days. So basically they just stole my card

Maggie and her team at US Bank was extremely helpful. I have been dealing with a check that needed to be endorsed by US Bank for over a month. After dealing with the corporate headquarters of US Bank and the claims center not responding, I contacted Maggie. She was able to help me get the check endorsed and deposited into my account in just one afternoon. Thank you Maggie for your courtesy, kindness, and your assistance with this matter.

Banking with US Bank was much easier when there was two banks in Hannibal. I called to make sure I could do a cash advance, drove an hour to Hannibal, just to find out that apparently the systems where down in Missouri and Iowa. What a waste of time. They should have mentioned that on the phone. Secondly, every time I call the branch I can’t get through. It’s ridiculous. They claim it’s because of the high call value from COVID-19, but as soon as I call the US Bank customer service, they can patch me right through to someone at the branch. Finally today I called the branch and the call went through. They said “we’re open until 4 pm”, when google clearly states 4:30 pm. Don’t be lazy, adjust your hours on google if you change them. Save your time, do not bank here.

Rude customer service when I called about them charging overdraft charges that shouldn't have been on my account. Switching banks now😊
