We deposited 1200.00 cash by way of ATM. The machine had an error while processing the cash. The machine said that it was unable to return the money and to contact customer service. I contacted the branch and main office whom both said that they were sorry, but that they had no control over the ATM and that they would not be able to help resolve this issue. Now, I'm stuck Filing complaints with OCC and FDIC. that has up to 45 days to process the complaints

I'm giving the ladies at this branch 5 stars. The cons i would say would be that debit cards provided don't have tap to pay. There have also been times where the systems are down for prolonged periods which obviously is very inconvenient. I've been doing change orders, deposits, and banking with them for 4 years now, can't really complain too much :)

Margaret went above and beyond for me. Not only did she bring resolution to my very big and scary problem but she did it in a very timely manner and was able to offer tips on how to avoid this problem happening in the future. I was considering changing Banks after being with the academy for 9 years but I am reconsidering that now after having this experience with margaret. Thank you so much for helping me out.

Very upset with this bank for just shutting my card off because they thought they saw some suspicious usage on my debit card. It was me it was not suspicious. But the main reason I’m upset about this is because they need to text or call the person not just shut the card off when you have payments coming out the day that they shut it off. We’ve been with this bank for many many years but after this ordeal I’m talking to my husband about switching banks!!

The ONLY reason I chose this bank was because of the extended hours of operation. For the past year or two they have continued to cut back their hours. Now they're barely open at all. The app update is a joke, and not even usable most days. Their services are expensive, and customer service sucks.
