I just got the iPhone 14 for a great price. The staff was helpful and guided me to the best deal I could afford. Overall the experience was excellent, I will be coming here again.

I went in yesterday for a new SIM card at 5:58. I didn't realize they closed at 6:00 and when I did I offered to come back another day, however the guy working said it was fine and he went ahead and got me a new Sim and activated it in my account for me. I didn't catch his name. Thank you so much!!

I am so thankful for Terri Shinn!!! I had a frustrating situation and was dreading going to the at&t store to get it resolved. It always takes so much time. My problem was caused from a transaction
that was completed at a different store. Despite having nothing to do with causing the problem, Terri was fantastic to work with and provided a rather immediate solution. She is truly an asset to AT&T, especially today, when good customer service is hard to find. She went above and beyond and provided such exceptional customer care, I wanted to take the time to say - Thank you so much Terri! I appreciate it.

Went in with a data issue that had gone on for 3 years, Sean tried a new device, new SIM, and then went the extra mile by calling customer support... Many long holds later, he was able to get the problem resolved. Thank you, Sean, for going over and beyond!!
