I work at a local business in the area. We have our internet and phone service through Fidelity. Today, we were having trouble accessing our remote voicemail. We called customer service to see if they would be able to help us reset and set up a new passcode. They attempted to get into our voicemail to change the code and were unsuccessful. They then hung up on my boss and will no longer take our calls. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Hopefully, we will be able to figure it out ourselves.

Cannot get ahold of anyone and my cable is out the phone line that is supposed to be there support is a Verizon number that is shut off
