Called in a month advance to set up a rental had everything squared away. Only to call the day of and to be told that they don't have me scheduled nor do they have any car for me to rent. Instead of helping me find a vehicle they told me their systems don't actively update and that I would have to call around to find another enterprise that has a car for rent. Just really lack luster customer care and management. Hertz got me in and a car all with in a hour.

Reserved a car the first of Sept for a oneway rental ,in LATE SEPT.,went in the office because noone would answer a phone about 4 days before pickup and they said everthing is set ,on the day of pickup I get a call saying they had no cars ,totally unprofessional and they didn't even give me any options ,

Reserved a vehicle 3 days in advance. They rescheduled me to pick up the vehicle one day later than expected. When I went to pick it up they told me it would be another day. I had to call other locations myself to try and find a vehicle in time for my trip which had to be delayed by several days already.Would not recommend renting with this company or especially this store.

They were the easiest people to work with. They got us the vehicle we needed and made sure my family was taken care of. Customer Service was a 10 / 10

EDIT: they were so quick to respond to this review, but they have yet to respond to the email they asked me to send to the email address they provided. 0/10Had a reservation to pick up a rental and there was a handwritten sign on the door that it was closed for the day. Had to spend almost 40 minutes on the phone trying to set something up at the Lee’s Summit location. Another poor woman was left stranded there because she had already dropped her main vehicle off at the collision center and now had no way to pick up her rental. Absolutely ridiculous.

Quoted me one price and after returning charged a higher price. Charged my credit card without prior authorization. Will definitely not use this company again

Wow, was quoted $286.00 for a week rental on a car, made reservations and everything, when I get there 1hour later, they said sorry we don't have a car. We have a SUV for you instead. Only problem is that's there is an upcharge. It is now 950.00 a week

I'm happy to have an Enterprise office in Harrisonville. It is much more convenient for me than driving to Lee's Summit which is the next closest office. I've rented from this office for over 5 years and have always had a good experience. My recent experience with Trayvon was great. He was helpful, friendly, and professional.
