Signed up for Platinum plus which apparently does NOT include auto fill. (Someone should talk to marketing). I’ve been OUT of propane in subzero temps (-10 feels like -30) and can’t actually talk to anyone who can do anything about it. When I call the local number it just goes to a National call center & no one can actually get me scheduled. I’ve asked to speak to a manager but no one has called me back. After 3 days (not to include the weekend) I still don’t have any answers. & I’ve been told they’re only servicing auto fill customers. I’m a pretty patient person but at this point I’m furious and would NEVER recommend Ferrell Gas. I’ll update if this ever gets resolved.

The one star is over rated. We had them scheduled for a week and a half to come out and exchange tanks, and fill. The guys came out fir inspection the day before, and everything was good to install. Day of installation, they couldn't come out
We had new ac/ furnace system being installed. Now the company is going to have to come back out to set pressure. I dont think I could reccomend them. Now the AC company is going to have to make a second trip out set our furnace up.

Wow! Everyone that works for this company is so nice! The ladies that answer the phone, the gentleman that sold us our tank, all of the drivers that have serviced and filled our tank over the years are all just SO kind! Great service!
